Job summary

A leading training provider in Bolton is seeking an experienced IT Skills Coach to develop and support apprentices through their Level 3 ICT apprenticeships. This role requires a Level 3 teaching qualification and provides an opportunity to work closely with learners, tracking their progress and adapting coaching methods to their individual needs.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months experience in an ICT Skills Coach or Assessor role.
• IT Vendor qualifications are desirable.
• Experience supporting apprentices through Level 3 ICT.

Responsibilities

• Coaching and developing apprentices through their apprenticeship.
• Tracking progress and adapting to different learning needs.
• Predominantly conducting one-to-one coaching sessions.

Are you an experienced IT Apprenticeship coach with a background in supporting apprentices through their Level 3 ICT apprenticeships? This could be a great opportunity for you!

You must hold a Level 3 or above teaching or assessing qualification and have at least 12 months experience in a Infrastructure Technician/ICT Skills Coach or Assessor role or relevant industry experience. IT Vendor qualifications or Assessing qualifications are highly desirable.

As an IT Coach, your goal will be coaching and developing apprentices through their apprenticeship, tracking their progress, and adapting to different learning needs. The role involves predominantly one-to-one coaching with apprentices.
