Job summary

Siemens Mobility IT is seeking an IT Site Manager to support the Southern region, based at the Three Bridges Maintenance Depot near Crawley. You will lead IT services across sites, liaising with local business units and Siemens IT to implement technology initiatives and accelerate AI adoption.

Travel across the Southern region incl. London, ensuring operational excellence and secure, resilient IT. Join a team shaping Siemens Mobility's digital future and transformation agenda.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT/digital roles with ability to build stakeholder relationships.
• Knowledge of IT systems, networks, hardware and cyber security.
• Familiarity with data, digital tech and AI, driving innovation.
• Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM and project management principles.
• Ability to coordinate internal and external resources and drive projects.
• Strong communications and stakeholder management; proactive and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary IT partner across multiple sites, building relationships to drive tech-enabled solutions.
• Lead delivery and continuous improvement of IT services to support business objectives.
• Interface between business, Siemens IT, vendors and providers to resolve issues and deliver service.
• Support local/global IT projects; ensure successful delivery and adoption of new tech.
• Drive adoption of AI, digital tools and data-driven solutions to boost performance.
• Support IT planning, cyber security and governance to keep the IT environment secure.
• Provide hands-on support for hardware, software and connectivity issues to maintain operations.
