Job summary

Clarion Solicitors Limited in Leeds is seeking an experienced IT Services Technician to join our IT team and provide first and second line support to colleagues across the firm. This is a varied, hands-on role where you will own incidents and service requests from initial contact through to resolution, working across a broad range of technologies and supporting people both remotely and face to face.

This is an office-based role five days per week in our Leeds office with a salary up to £30,000

Job description

We're looking for an experienced IT Services Technician to join our IT team, providing first and second line support to colleagues across Clarion.

This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll take ownership of incidents and service requests from initial contact through to resolution, working across a broad range of technologies and supporting people working both remotely and face to face. You'll also have opportunities in time to contribute to wider IT projects and continue developing your technical knowledge.

This is an office-based role, five days per week in our Leeds office. Salary up to £30,000 (depending on experience).
