Job summary

Freshfields is seeking a Service Transition Manager to coordinate Service Design and Transition activities from idea to live delivery in Manchester. You will shape governance, drive process improvements, and manage risks to deliver business outcomes.

You will work with Product Owners, Architects, Service Engineers and suppliers to create detailed transition plans, manage milestones, and ensure delivery on time, within budget and to the required quality.

Qualifications

• Experience with Service Design & Transition frameworks.
• Strong ITIL and Service Management principles knowledge.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and manage supplier relationships.

Responsibilities

• Shape the Service Design and Transition governance and framework.
• Drive continuous improvement plans and track delivery against timescales.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and engineers to implement changes.
• Produce detailed Service Transition plans addressing risks, issues and dependencies.
• Ensure service delivery aligns with budget, milestones and quality requirements.
