Job summary

Dignity is seeking an IT Service Support Analyst in Maidenhead to ensure employees have the systems, equipment and support they need to succeed each day. This permanent, full-time role focuses on onboarding new starters, managing user accounts and provisioning devices.

You will provide 1st line IT support, maintain asset and licence records, and contribute to day‑to‑day IT operations and project work in a structured, collaborative team environment with on-site parking.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support or administration.
• Experience with onboarding/offboarding and user account management.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding, offboarding, and access changes for employees.
• Create and maintain user accounts within Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra ID, and business systems.
• Provide 1st line IT support, resolving user queries and service desk tickets.
• Procure, configure, and deploy laptops, peripherals, and IT equipment.
• Maintain accurate IT asset, licence, and user account records.
• Support device patching, system administration, and day-to-day IT operations.
• Contribute to IT projects, process improvements, and service excellence initiatives.
