Job summary

Dignity is seeking an IT Service Support Analyst in Maidenhead to ensure employees have the systems, equipment and support they need to succeed each day. This permanent, full-time role focuses on onboarding new starters, managing user accounts and provisioning devices.

You will provide 1st line IT support, maintain asset and licence records, and contribute to day‑to‑day IT operations and project work in a structured, collaborative team environment with on-site parking.

Responsibilities

  • Manage onboarding, offboarding, and access changes for employees.

  • Provide 1st line IT support, resolving user queries and service desk tickets.
  • Procure, configure, and deploy laptops, peripherals, and IT equipment.
  • Maintain accurate IT asset, licence, and user account records.
  • Support device patching, system administration, and day-to-day IT operations.
  • Contribute to IT projects, process improvements, and service excellence initiatives.

Role: IT Service Support Analyst
Location: Maidenhead Office-Based (5 Days per Week)
Work Type: Permanent, Full Time (38.75 hours)
Salary: Up to £25,000 per annum

We're looking for a proactive and organised IT Service Support Analyst to join our team in Maidenhead, playing a vital role in ensuring employees have the systems, equipment, and support they need to succeed every day.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with IT support or administration experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with technology, and takes pride in delivering an excellent service. From onboarding new starters and managing user accounts to device provisioning, asset management, and first-line support, you'll be at the heart of keeping our business running smoothly while continuing to develop your technical skills.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Manage the onboarding, offboarding, and access changes for employees across the business.
