Job summary

Yorkshire Building Society is seeking an IT Service Integration Lead in Bradford to oversee the strategy and delivery of technology releases and changes. The role focuses on providing SME knowledge to support IT demand and ensuring successful live deployments.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks and stakeholder expectations, and drive continuous improvement in release and service integration processes. The role offers flexible working from home with on-site head office base.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex IT change, release or service integration activities in a regulated environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing competing priorities.
• Strong understanding of risk management and operational governance.
• Experience working within ITIL-based service management environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the successful delivery of complex technology changes and releases into the live environment.
• Work with diverse stakeholders to manage risks, governance, and minimise client impact.
• Drive effective communication across technical, operational and business stakeholders.
• Lead post-implementation reviews and lessons learned to improve future delivery.
• Identify opportunities to enhance release, change and service integration processes.
• Collaborate with Service Transition, Change Management, Engineering and operations to ensure smooth production introduction.
