Job summary

Qualifications
- Extensive experience embedding BA standards across teams.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience leading large-scale transformation programmes.
- Strong requirements elicitation and governance skills.
- Expertise in user-centred design and service design.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex BA activities to shape strategic change and deliver value.
- Define standards, frameworks, and best practices for analysis.
- Manage requirements lifecycle for large programmes.
- Ensure alignment with customer needs and regulatory objectives.
