What to expect

An exciting opportunity has arisen in our core platforms function to join as an IT Service Manager focusing on our Back Office Cloud Platforms Systems. You will be responsible for ensuring the stability and delivery of the services, leveraging modern technologies to provide efficient, cost-effective solutions.

You will manage the overall delivery of Back Office IT Cloud Platform services, including Cloud-based applications on Azure, AWS, ServiceNow, Google Cloud, and other SaaS platforms, ensuring high availability, performance, and process maturity in collaboration with third-party providers.

What you’ll need to succeed

As an experienced IT Service Manager, you will possess:

  • Experience managing Retail and Regulatory Back-office SaaS applications
  • Experience in consulting and solution architecture in Cloud Data, Analytics, Middleware, and integration within retail environments
  • Excellent people management and communication skills
  • Knowledge of ITIL and IT Service Management processes
  • Customer-focused mindset and experience across various business functions
  • Risk management understanding
  • Proven track record of continuous improvement and teamwork
  • Experience with Cloud technologies and SaaS products like Azure, AWS, GCP, ServiceNow, Jira-Confluence, SQL, Middleware, and integration (highly desirable)
