The Role

We are seeking a Service Now Tech Lead to oversee our Service Now platforms, ensuring alignment with our technical standards and strategic goals. You will lead the platform team, design solutions, and drive initiatives like re-baselining our SNOW instance.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide technical leadership in platform design and implementation.
  2. Lead the technical aspects of the Service Now platform, including integrations and CMDB alignment.
  3. Collaborate with solution architects and product managers to develop innovative solutions.
  4. Ensure technical excellence and maintain documentation.
  5. Manage technical risks and ensure high-quality code and secure solutions.
  6. Contribute to technical hiring and onboarding.
Requirements
  • Service Now Certified Technical Architect accreditation.
  • Strong experience in IT Service Management and Agile delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Experience with SharePoint, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Leadership skills to coordinate with teams and stakeholders.
