We are recruiting for a Cloud Enablement Engineer (Cloud Engineer) in our new Infrastructure Enablement Engineering function within Infrastructure and Operations to help drive delivering new cloud technologies and improving the way the Cloud team provides services to its consumers.

A bit about the job:

This role will sit within Hosting and Service Platforms, reporting to the Infrastructure Enablement Engineering Lead. You will support our Cloud Platform consumers in onboarding quickly, utilizing known patterns and blueprints, and providing subject matter expertise across AWS, Azure, and Container platforms. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop and enhance our Cloud capabilities, supporting all Cloud Platform consumers.

You’ll deliver expertise, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and assurance to market development teams, while working with peers in the Cloud Platform teams to improve service and automation for an optimal developer experience.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Proficiency in delivering Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps.
• Extensive experience with AWS/Azure services, including Cloud architectural principles such as the Well Architected Framework.
• Skills in developing and enhancing cloud capabilities, providing expertise, and troubleshooting complex cloud infrastructure issues.
• Adept at utilizing known patterns and blueprints to streamline onboarding and ensure efficient resource management.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to understand and translate complex challenges into team deliverables.
