Alpine Racing Limited is seeking an IT Technical Support Team Leader to lead the 2nd Line IT Service Desk, manage incidents and escalations, and drive continuous improvement across on-site and cloud infrastructure. The role emphasizes collaboration, technical breadth, and leadership in a fast-paced environment tied to Alpine F1 Team operations.

The candidate will oversee day-to-day IT delivery, mentor staff, and implement robust documentation, automation and security practices across Microsoft

Qualifications

• Experience implementing and troubleshooting IT systems.
• Strong working knowledge of ADDS, DNS, DHCP, CA, GPO.
• Proficient in Windows client management and PowerShell.
• Experience with Linux, Networking and Wireless technologies.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the 2nd Line IT Service Desk team and drive performance.
• Oversee day-to-day service delivery and manage escalations.
• Coordinate team workloads and provide project support for IT initiatives.
• Own and maintain key systems including on-site servers, clients, and cloud resources.
• Improve incident management, create robust documentation and knowledge base.
• Collaborate with IT Operations on infrastructure initiatives and change processes.
