Job summary

Alpine Racing Limited in Enstone is seeking an IT Technical Support Team Leader to steer the 2nd Line IT Service Desk. You will balance hands-on troubleshooting with people leadership to raise service quality and delivery efficiency.

You will own incident and change processes, drive automation, and ensure secure, reliable Microsoft platforms across on-site servers, clients, and cloud resources. A strong communicator with ITIL experience will thrive in our collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of AD DS, DNS, DHCP, GPO and Windows client management.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and cross-platform Linux basics.
• Excellent customer service and leadership abilities in an IT service desk.

Responsibilities

• Lead the 2nd Line IT Service Desk team and drive performance improvements.
• Oversee daily service delivery, manage escalations and workloads.
• Support IT initiatives with project coordination and knowledge management.
