Job summary

Red Bull Technology Group in Milton Keynes is offering an undergraduate IT Service Desk placement. You will join our day-to-day client support activities, help maintain and optimise internal systems, and gain hands-on exposure to enterprise IT in a fast-paced environment.

You should be analytical with strong problem-solving IT skills and be able to communicate effectively with colleagues at different levels.

Qualifications

• Must be an undergraduate studying IT-related degree.
• Highly analytical with excellent problem-solving IT skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with people at different levels.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and communication within IT Service Desk.
• Act as first point of contact for IT issues via walk-ups, phone, email and desktop support.
• Set up and configure laptops, desktops, tablets, and virtual machines.
• Participate in project work and help improve processes and systems.
• Assist with inventory management of software, hardware and IT suppliers.
• Support events and incident responses, including cybersecurity alerts.
