Job summary

Red Bull Technology Group Milton Keynes is seeking a Front-of-House & Events Co-ordinator for a 12-month FTC, five days a week on campus. You will deliver premium guest experiences, coordinate logistics, support hospitality, and manage admin tasks at the on-site ORBR Shop.

You will work across guest services, campus operations, facilities and events, collaborating with Marketing and cross-functional teams to create elevated experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced, customer-facing roles.
• Detail-oriented, organised and proactive.
• Flexible with working hours and adaptable to change.
• Confident communicator with Microsoft 365 proficiency.
• Team-oriented and solutions-focused.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for partners, guests and suppliers.
• Provide a welcoming, professional, brand-aligned reception experience.
• Coordinate guest arrivals, calls, security access and parking.
• Ensure seamless daily reception operations.
• Support events, activations and on-site shop merchandising.
