Job summary

St George's Weybridge is seeking a Senior IT Technician to join the IT Department. This role oversees the day-to-day Service Desk operations, delivering reliable IT support to staff and pupils and supporting the Deputy Director, Network Engineer, and Systems Engineer.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and experience in managing a Service Desk and escalation processes. AV skills are welcome but not essential, as the team also provides audiovisual support.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and experience in managing a Service Desk function.
• Proven ability to provide IT support to staff and pupils.
• Experience with ticket escalation processes and working with IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Service Desk.
• Provide essential IT support to the College, Junior School and Business departments.
• Collaborate with the Deputy Director of IT, Network Engineer and Systems Engineer.
