Job summary

Alpine Formula One Team in Enstone is seeking an IT Service Desk Student Placement for a 1-year placement starting July 2027. Qualifications

• Currently studying a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computing, Cyber Security, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, and seeking an industry placement during your penultimate year of university
• Strong interest in IT support, customer service, and technology
• Basic understanding of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, networking, and computer hardware
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to troubleshooting technical issues
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
• A customer‑focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn new technologies
• You must have the right to work in the UK, as we cannot provide sponsorship for this role
• You must be available to attend onsite interviews

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support to users across the business, helping to resolve technical issues and ensuring a high standard of customer service
• Working alongside experienced IT professionals, you'll gain exposure to a broad range of technologies, systems, and support processes
