Job summary

HybrIT Services is recruiting an IT Service Desk Apprentice to develop skills in front-line IT support within the managed services team. The role includes assisting with internal and customer projects and working in a customer-focused environment.

With a 35-hour work week and a flexible hybrid pattern, the apprentice will gain experience across Microsoft products, cloud technologies, and IT operations while pursuing professional development.

Qualifications

• 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ in any subject.
• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+.

Responsibilities

• Frontline IT support up to 2nd line for end users.
• Systems administration of cloud technologies (O365) and server-based apps.
• Basic network administration tasks.
• Log incidents and service requests via telephone, email and portal.
