Job summary

Formula 1 is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst to join the IT Infrastructure Team at our Biggin Hill location. You will be the first point of contact for IT requests, logging incidents in Jira Service Desk, and providing high‑level customer service across teams.

You will handle onboarding and leavers, manage user accounts in Active Directory, and liaise with suppliers for hardware. The role emphasises SOX/GDPR compliance and detailed documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience on IT Service Desk or similar.
• Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and Azure.
• Experience with MacBook and Windows laptops.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and emails to the service desk and log via Jira Service Desk.
• Assign and reassign jobs based on location and team availability.
• Review logged jobs, escalate when needed, and ensure timely resolution.
• Provide first‑level IT support for issues like password changes and account lockouts.
• Maintain user and hardware records, supplier liaison for IT equipment.
• Support new starters and leavers with devices, access, and onboarding processes.
