About our opportunity

We are seeking a 1st Line Service Desk Analyst to join our IT support team. If you are passionate about technology and troubleshooting, this is a great chance to support our internal staff across various platforms.

Working hours:

40 hours/week (Monday – Friday, rotating shifts between 6am and 4:30pm) & Saturday & Bank Holiday Rota: 7am – 1pm (additional pay applicable)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for technical support via phone, email, or ticket system
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
  • Escalate complex issues appropriately
  • Document issues, solutions, and troubleshooting steps
  • Educate users on IT best practices
  • Collaborate to improve internal processes
About you
Technical Skills:
  • Knowledge of Windows and MacOS
  • Experience with Office 365, Active Directory, Azure AD
  • Understanding of network fundamentals
  • Experience with Intune and mobile device management
  • Hardware troubleshooting skills
  • Basic knowledge of VoIP and softphone apps
  • Familiarity with endpoint security and cybersecurity best practices
Essential Requirements:
  • At least 18 months in a similar role
  • Genuine interest in technology
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Organized and positive attitude
  • Full driving license
