About Our Opportunity
We are seeking a 1st Line Service Desk Analyst to join our dynamic IT support team. If you are passionate about technology and skilled in troubleshooting, this role offers the chance to provide technical support to internal staff across various platforms.
The hours: 40 hours/week (Monday – Friday, rotating shifts between 6am and 4:30pm) & Saturday & Bank Holiday Rota: 7am – 1pm (with additional pay)
