Red King Resourcing is seeking an IT Service Delivery Manager to develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned enterprise clients, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact on-site.

The role involves identifying environment changes and technology trends that could impact services, and mediating conflicting requirements to ensure SLAs/SLRs are defined and maintained.

Qualifications

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned enterprise clients.
• Identify changes to customer environment and technology trends that could impact services.
• Mediate conflicting requirements and document SLA/SLR targets.

Responsabilités

• Produce and maintain a service portfolio, service catalogue, and the application portfolio.
• Ensure service reports are produced for each customer and address SLA breaches.
• Review SLAs, OLAs and other agreements regularly (ideally annually).
