Qualifications

• Strong track record in delivery in Service Continuity.
• Experience in a Public Sector environment.
• ITIL environment experience required.
• ITIL Foundation Certificate or Service Operations Lifecycle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and establish standardised incident management processes for service continuity.
• Identify threats such as cyberattacks or system failures and assess risk.
• Create recovery plans and validate with Business Continuity teams.
• Plan testing and training to ensure plans work as intended.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to onboard services into CMDB for BIAs.
