Methods, a UK-based IT Services Consultancy, is seeking an IT Service Continuity Manager. The role focuses on ensuring IT services remain available during disruptions and minimising operational impact.

You will validate BIAs, establish recovery plans, and collaborate with Business Continuity partners to enhance BCDR across technology services. The successful candidate should have a proven track record in delivery in a similar role, ITIL/ public sector experience, and be willing to obtain

Qualifications

• Proven track record in service continuity management.
• Experience in ITIL environment and public sector.
• Strong communication with multiple stakeholders.
• Willingness to undergo security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Validate BIAs for all Technology services.
• Establish new BIA processes for upcoming services.
• Develop and maintain recovery plans for technology services.
• Work with Business Continuity partners to update the BCDR.
• Plan and conduct testing of recovery plans and training.
