Job summary

Novatech Ltd is seeking a Service Centre Operative to be the first point of contact for goods arriving from Direct2Desk customers. You will book items in, check documents, log accurately in our systems, and move items through the triage workflow while keeping disciplined records.

You will work closely with your line manager and team, following health and safety guidelines, and maintaining a tidy workspace. You may also cover reception, help with supplier returns, or join the production line as

Responsibilities

• Book items in from Direct2Desk customers and check supporting documents.
• Log all items accurately in our systems and process through triage workflow.
• Maintain clear, organised records at every stage and assist with reception, supplier returns or production line as needed.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and keep a tidy, well‑organised workspace.
• Support the team and hand over work effectively, escalating issues when required.
