DPD Group in the UK is seeking reliable Pre Brief Operatives to support warehouse operations in the North East. You will safeguard data accuracy, manage Saturn handheld devices, onboard drivers, and deliver site safety training to new staff.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail to spot missing entries and ensure accuracy in logs and tech devices.
• Comfort navigating Google Workspace and internal platforms like Universe for data entry.
• Ability to stay focused in busy depot environments and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills for briefing drivers and coordinating with teams.

Responsibilities

• Tech management and logistics: manage Saturn devices, check-in/out, keep units charged and updated.
• Data guru: maintain real-time accuracy in Universe and Google Docs for depot operations.
• Driver onboarding and checks: handle onboarding and essential compliance checks.
• Training and development: deliver site safety and ops training to staff and drivers.
• Safety and standards: maintain organized workspace and follow health and safety protocols.
