Job summary

DPD Group is seeking a Customer Automation Executive - IT to join a high-performing team. You will demonstrate IT systems to customers, depot and sales staff, assist in selling system benefits, and assess IT usage at customer sites. Training customers and resolving IT issues are key duties. A commercial mindset and strong data skills are essential.

You will engage with internal and external customers, manage workloads, prioritise tasks, and uphold the DPD DNA values in daily work.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to use IT systems for customer demonstrations.
• Ability to analyse data and understand databases.
• Strong communication and training delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate IT systems to customers, depot and sales staff.
• Assist Sales Executives in selling and demonstrating system benefits.
• Assess IT usage conditions at customer sites and provide training.
• Resolve hardware and software issues and IT log escalations.
• Promote ongoing sales opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
