Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise network security environments.
• Strong knowledge of core network protocols and security technologies.
• Hands-on firewall administration and troubleshooting expertise.
• Familiarity with NGFW policies, NAT, VPNs and security profiles.
• Ability to diagnose connectivity issues using logs and packet captures.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain enterprise network security platforms and firewall infrastructure.
• Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and technical issues through to completion.
• Investigate and troubleshoot network/security problems using logs and traffic analysis.
• Implement and validate firewall policy changes in production environments.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring incidents and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and MSPs.
• Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
• Contribute to service improvements and platform optimisation.
• Support platform maintenance, upgrades, patching, and vulnerability remediation.
