We’re looking for an IT Sales Executive to join a growing business within the technology sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who already understands the IT channel or distribution environment and is ready to take the next step into a sales‑focused role.
You don’t necessarily need to come from a direct sales background. What matters is that you’re commercially minded, confident building relationships and excited by the opportunity to develop your career within technology sales.
You’ll receive plenty of hands‑on support and training while building relationships with partners, generating new opportunities and developing your knowledge of channel sales.
You’ll be a self‑motivated and proactive individual who is comfortable taking the initiative and creating new opportunities. You’ll have a genuine interest in technology, along with the confidence to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders.
Ideally, you’ll have some experience within IT distribution, the technology channel or a similar environment and be looking to take the next step into a sales‑focused position. You’ll be commercially minded, organised and comfortable working towards targets, with a proactive approach to identifying and developing new business opportunities.
You’ll also be confident using CRM systems and other sales or business tools to manage opportunities and keep track of your pipeline. Previous sales experience would be beneficial but isn’t essential, as training and support will be provided.
You’ll be responsible for developing relationships with partners, identifying new business opportunities and supporting opportunities throughout the sales process.
You’ll identify and approach potential partners, generate new pipeline and help develop new commercial opportunities. Building strong relationships will be a key part of the role, alongside supporting new partners and helping progress opportunities through to completion.
You’ll manage your pipeline against agreed targets and KPIs, provide regular forecasts and updates, and support events and partner‑focused activities designed to generate engagement and new business.
Ready to turn your IT experience into a career in sales? If you’re ambitious, commercially minded and ready for your next opportunity, we’d love to hear from you —
