Base pay range

Express Recruitment are proud to be working in continued partnership with a leading technical services provider who, due to growth, are seeking an experienced IT sales professional to develop business across the midlands for a national business.

The successful candidate will have a good technical understanding of IT cloud-based software solutions, with experience in both managing business relationships.

There is an excellent remuneration package on offer, including a basic salary up to £35k with an uncapped commission structure offering a realistic OTE of £85k, generous pension scheme, perk box discount programme, free flu vaccinations and free eye tests.

  • Lead and grow leads within the telecommunications and Voip offerings.
  • Create and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth and achieve targets
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, from lead generation to closing deals and post-sales support
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored IT solutions, with a focus on cloud, security, and infrastructure
  • Monitor market trends to refine offerings, stay competitive, and provide insightful reporting to leadership

Experience & Skills

  • Proven success in IT sales, with new business experiance in converting face to face B2B deals.
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies, Microsoft solutions and licensing, and IT infrastructure.
  • Technical knowledge across hardware, networking, security, and disaster recovery solutions.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex tech to non-technical clients.
  • Self-driven and solution-focused, with a proactive mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
