What Is the Opportunity?
At Travelers, our Risk & Security Officers assess cyber and technology risks and design, test, and monitor controls at Travelers and key third parties. This role involves identifying, assessing, and establishing mitigation strategies across the enterprise, working closely with IT risk management, security, business continuity, and other stakeholders. The position supports the development of metrics, tracks risk issues, and may lead others.

What Will You Do?
Assist the IT Risk Director in risk analysis, risk assessments, risk treatment, control creation, IT process and risk framework alignment, metrics & reporting, technology enablement, training, governance, and other duties as assigned.

What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?
Experience in Risk Management or related fields such as Audit, IT Security, or Business Continuity. A Bachelor's degree in Technology or a related field is preferred. Technical knowledge to understand detailed issues around business continuity and security. Strong business partnership, problem-solving, team orientation, and communication skills. Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) is preferred.

What is a Must Have?
Some prior IT Risk Management experience required.
