Job summary

JCDecaux UK Ltd is seeking a proactive Project Manager to support Development and Planning teams across design, feasibility, and budget estimation for a UK portfolio. You will appraise proposals, manage budgets, and ensure H&S and CDM compliance throughout the build process, while coordinating across departments and leading contractor oversight.

Travel across the UK portfolio is required; you will liaise with internal teams and external contractors to ensure timely completion and value delivery.

Qualifications

• Essential degree in Engineering, Construction or Project Management.
• Validated project & contractor management.
• Construction knowledge and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Support Development and Planning on design, feasibility studies and budget estimating.
• Appraise new project proposals.
• Lead all aspects of the build including H&S, CDM compliance and contractor performance.
• Budget creation and confirmation; delivery management through construction.
• Liaise with departments to cover all build aspects (H&S, IT & Operations).
• Tender process involvement: ITT to contractors, tender receipt and evaluation.
