JCDecaux UK Ltd is seeking an IT Project Coordinator to support planning, coordination and execution of IT projects. Reporting to the Programme Office Director, you will work with Project Managers to ensure initiatives meet business needs and drive improvements.
You will assist with plans, schedules, documentation and progress reporting; organise meetings and minutes; and help maintain logs of risks and changes. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.
The role of IT Project Coordinator at JCDecaux is essential in supporting the successful planning, coordination, and execution of various projects. This position is located within the IT Division and reports directly to the Programme Office Director. The IT Project Coordinator will work closely with Project Managers and Directors to ensure projects align with business needs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across processes, systems, and working practices. What you'll be doing...
Educated in a Business, IT, or engineering-related field or possess relevant industry experience. Basic project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2 Foundation) or equivalent relevant experience is advantageous. Proficiency in using project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Monday etc) is preferred.
