Safran Group in Wolverhampton is seeking an IT Project Coordinator on a 12-month fixed-term contract to drive digital transformation initiatives within a manufacturing environment. You will support planning, scheduling and governance, coordinating with business leaders, technical teams and suppliers to ensure projects stay on track.

The role offers exposure to a diverse portfolio of technology initiatives, with opportunities to grow within the Digital Operations team and deliver high-quality

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering IT, software, or digital projects in manufacturing.
• 1–2 years of project management on medium to large technology projects.
• Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in planning, coordination and delivery of IT and digital transformation projects.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource forecasts, risk registers and project documentation.
• Coordinate activities across multiple project workstreams to ensure priorities remain aligned and deadlines are achieved.
• Organise, attend and document project meetings with internal and external stakeholders, capturing actions and monitoring progress.
• Provide regular project updates, ensuring stakeholders are kept informed of milestones, risks and key developments.
• Monitor project activities, proactively identifying issues and supporting the resolution of risks and challenges.
