Job summary

Safran Engineering Services UK Limited is seeking a proactive Facilities Support Coordinator to streamline operations at the SEP site in Pitstone. You will coordinate across facilities, HSE, IT, and finance, manage contractors, and drive digitalisation of processes.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating facilities in a busy engineering environment.
• Ability to develop dashboards and reporting.
• Knowledge of HSE standards and contractor management.
• Strong stakeholder communication and governance.

Responsibilities

• Record and track work requests in Pirana/ShireSystem.
• Coordinate with contractors and SEP personnel to schedule tasks.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for facilities data.
• Assist in budget tracking and procurement support.
• Lead weekly operations meetings and provide updates to management.
• Support digitalisation of workflows and automation.
