Job summary

UKAS is seeking an IT Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of IT projects across the organisation. You will work closely with IT Project Managers and key stakeholders to coordinate activities, maintain documentation, and ensure governance standards are followed.

This role offers a solid development path within a purpose-driven organisation, with exposure to project governance, system integrations, and stakeholder updates across fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting projects in fast-paced environments using recognised methodologies (Agile, Prince2, Waterfall).
• Clear, confident communication with stakeholders.
• Experience producing and maintaining project documentation and reports.
• Experience with budgets, timelines and resource tracking.
• Testing, systems integration or business analysis experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities to enable successful delivery.
• Schedule and facilitate project meetings, including agendas, minutes and action tracking.
• Maintain project documentation, plans, timelines and budgets.
• Track progress against milestones, highlighting risks, issues and dependencies, and supporting mitigation actions.
• Coordinate project communications and stakeholder updates.
• Broaden the role by supporting system integrations and governance of core platforms to ensure stability and scalability.
