Job summary

Framatome UK is seeking an IT Co-ordinator to support planning, governance, delivery and continuous improvement of IT projects. The role spans coordination across the IT portfolio, stakeholder engagement, and governance documentation, with a hybrid work pattern in Bristol/Avonmouth.

You will collaborate with IT leadership to ensure projects meet objectives, timelines and compliance, while driving continuous improvement and governance excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating IT projects, programmes, or technology initiatives and supporting project governance and delivery frameworks.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to organize work, plan milestones and manage dependencies.
• Experience managing risks, issues and actions across multiple projects.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects and work streams.
• Support project managers in managing schedules, milestones, deliverables and dependencies.
• Track progress and ensure timely completion of actions; maintain governance artefacts.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and steering committees; document actions and decisions.
• Monitor risks, issues and changes; escalate where needed.
• Support resource planning and capacity management across the IT portfolio.
• Champion adherence to delivery methodologies and governance; maintain documentation.
