Job summary

Volkswagen Group UK Ltd is seeking an IT Programme Manager (Portfolio Delivery Manager) to lead the NADIN Programme. The role requires coordinating discovery, mobilisation, delivery and transition with multiple suppliers and markets, while ensuring robust governance and alignment to strategic objectives.

You will report to the Senior Portfolio Manager and manage dependencies across VWG UK, Brands, Finance and external partners, driving value and ensuring changes are delivered to plan.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering architecture-led business and technology change.
• Strong governance and delivery assurance in complex programmes.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery methods.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple external partners.
• Financial forecasting, benefits tracking and governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the NADIN Programme with clear plans and milestones.
• Provide programme leadership to project managers and workstream leads.
• Build/maintain stakeholder relationships across process owners, groups and partners.
• Manage internal resources and external suppliers with accountability and governance.
• Ensure delivery controls across scope, schedule, risk, change and budget.
