Job summary

Rolls-Royce is seeking a GCAP IT Programme Analyst in Bristol for a hybrid, full-time role. You will provide operational and programme support across the Digital & IT portfolio, coordinating projects, governance, and reporting to ensure on-time delivery and value realization.

Ideal candidates will have experience in large organisations, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with project governance and investment tracking.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting digital or IT projects and programmes within a large organisation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in financial tracking and reporting.
• Knowledge of project and programme management methodologies (APMP/ PMI or equivalent).
• Knowledge/experience of Oracle Primavera Cloud or similar PM systems.
• Understanding of project governance, procurement and programme reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT projects through the lifecycle, ensuring governance and milestones are met.
• Maintain accurate project data, dashboards and portfolio tracking systems.
• Support budgeting, financial analysis and tracking investment value and benefits realization.
• Assist with governance processes, including investment committee papers and submission documents.
• Engage with stakeholders to coordinate activities, manage information requirements and risks to delivery.
• Prepare regular and ad hoc reports for programme leadership and governance bodies.
