Job summary

Rolls-Royce in Bristol is seeking a GCAP IT Programme Analyst to join our Digital & IT team on a hybrid basis, with a minimum three days on-site weekly. You will coordinate IT projects through the lifecycle, ensure governance, and provide accurate reporting and portfolio data to keep the GCAP programme progressing.

Working with project managers and stakeholders, you will monitor performance, analyse financial data, support budgeting, and prepare Investment Committee papers.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting digital or IT projects within a large organisation.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with experience in financial tracking and reporting.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies; APMP/PMI or equivalent preferred.
• Familiarity with Oracle Primavera Cloud or similar PM systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT projects through the project lifecycle, from planning to delivery, ensuring governance and milestones.
• Maintain accurate project data, dashboards and portfolio tracking, gathering inputs from Project Managers.
• Monitor programme expenditure, support budgeting and financial analysis, track investment value and benefits.
• Prepare Investment Committee papers, project documentation and approval submissions.
• Engage with Digital & IT stakeholders to coordinate activities and manage risks.
