Job summary

EOS IT Solutions is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator for a site-based role at our Banbridge headquarters. You will coordinate deployment projects, manage documentation, and ensure timely site access and budget oversight, while supporting technicians with training and resource access.

You will regularly update stakeholders, manage Jira tickets, and work with planning tools (ServiceNow/Odoo) to keep projects on track and aligned with client needs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project coordination, preferably within deployment, technology, or IT-related projects.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets, Microsoft Office Suite, Jira, and planning platforms such as ServiceNow or Odoo.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, technicians, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project documentation and maintain organised folders and data.
• Schedule and manage training for deployment technicians and provide resource access.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders through reports and meetings.
• Oversee site access processes and monitor project timelines for delays.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies; resolve deployment issues as they arise.
• Track deployment invoicing and collaborate with finance to maintain budget transparency.
• Plan project activities and manage Jira tickets to monitor progress and bottlenecks.
