Roseway Labs is a pharmacy ready for its first in-house IT person. It has developed its own ERP system, eRoseway, with extensive functionality. Development is outsourced. Roseway Labs is now looking for an IT Manager to take over the management of eRoseway along with management of the IT support outsourcer and responsibility for IT security.

The successful candidate will be extremely logical and organised, with the ability to move from customer support to writing documentation to project management. A broad understanding of the IT needs of a small, growing business would be advantageous.

Key responsibilities include:

• Product Management
• Manage the eRoseway system from specifying developments to content admin to customer integration support
• Manage other IT systems such as our CRM and our ticketing system
• Manage the technical aspects of our websites and other IT software used in-house
• Develop data and report structures in Power BI to produce useful management information
• Liaise with outsourced IT support and internet providers, managing performance, contracts and troubleshooting

IT security

• Ensure strong defences are in place to protect against attempted hacks

Hours of work are 9am - 5.30 pm, Monday to Friday.
