Job summary

Chapman Tate Associates in Tamworth, United Kingdom, is seeking an experienced IT PMO Manager with M&A experience to lead governance, RAID, and reporting across complex acquisition and integration programmes.

You will coordinate multiple technology workstreams, support Day 1 readiness, PMI activities, TSA, and provide executive updates to IT leadership, ensuring delivery discipline and risk management throughout the post-merger lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven IT PMO/Programme Office experience.
• Strong M&A, post-merger integration, or divestiture experience.
• Experience leading complex technology programmes across multiple teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive reporting skills.
• Background across applications, infrastructure, ERP, cloud, data, or enterprise systems.
• Carve-outs and separation programmes.
• ERP or enterprise application integration knowledge.
