Job Title: PMO Analyst/Planner
Location: Warwick (Hybrid, with ad-hoc national travel)
Contract: 6 months
Day Rate: 425 (Umbrella)

What You Will Be Doing
- Collaborate with PMO colleagues to manage complex programme trackers, covering site delivery and milestone tracking.
- Maintain an accurate view of site scope across multiple locations, rigorously tracking changes in implementation dates and document milestones.
- Utilise established change controls to manage high volumes of scope and schedule changes effectively.
- Review and challenge supplier programme plans using MS Project, extracting key milestones for insightful reporting.
- Track delivery performance against set milestones, highlighting any variances to stakeholders.
- Support the creation of governance outputs, including SteerCo packs and programme review materials.
- Coordinate efforts between PMO, delivery teams, and suppliers to ensure top-notch data quality and reporting consistency.
- Identify opportunities to enhance reporting processes, data flows, and tracker usability.
- Develop and maintain programme-level reporting using advanced Excel models.
What We're Looking For
Essential Skills
- Advanced Excel skills, including experience building structured models and working with large datasets.
- Proven experience managing complex programme trackers and delivering insightful programme-level reporting.
- Strong analytical skills that allow you to present concise insights to senior stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of MS Project, capable of reviewing and challenging supplier plans.
- Experience navigating frequent changes in a fast-paced environment while maintaining data integrity.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Desirable Skills
- Background in large-scale or multi-site infrastructure programmes.
- Familiarity with PMO governance and reporting frameworks.
- Experience with SharePoint, particularly in data and document structuring.
- Knowledge of Power BI or other dashboarding tools.
