Job summary

Experis UK is seeking a Finance & Resourcing Analyst to join the IT PMO, supporting technology and transformation programmes. Based in London or West Midlands, this role blends project finance, resource management, reporting, and contractor administration.

You will work with Project Managers, Finance, Procurement, suppliers and stakeholders to manage budgets, forecasts, resource plans and contracts, delivering insightful dashboards in Power BI and Excel.

Qualifications

• PMO finance, project finance, or financial administration experience.
• Strong Excel with Power BI, Power Query and Power Automate experience.
• Budgets, forecasts, reconciliations and month-end knowledge.
• Experience supporting resource management and contractor administration.
• Analytical, organised, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to identify issues and drive actions to completion.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project budgets, forecasts, actuals, commitments, and financial reporting.
• Analyse variances and provide meaningful financial insights.
• Manage purchase orders, invoices, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Coordinate contractor onboarding, extensions, timesheet validation, and offboarding.
• Monitor resource demand, capacity, and budget approvals.
• Produce management reporting and dashboards using Power BI and Excel.
• Support continuous improvement of PMO finance and resourcing processes.
