Job summary

Experis is seeking a Finance & Resourcing Analyst to join our IT PMO and support the delivery of technology and transformation programmes in the UK (West Midlands or London).

You will blend project finance, resource management, reporting, and contractor administration, working with Project Managers, Finance, Procurement, suppliers and stakeholders to keep budgets, forecasts, resource plans and contracts on track.

Qualifications

• PMO finance, project finance, portfolio reporting, or financial administration experience.
• Strong Excel skills with Power BI, Power Query and Power Automate.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, reconciliations, and month-end processes.
• Experience supporting resource management and contractor administration.
• Excellent analytical, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to identify issues, challenge data quality, and drive actions to completion.

Responsibilities

This is a varied role combining project finance, resource management, reporting, and contractor administration. You'll work closely with Project Managers, Finance, Procurement, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure budgets, forecasts, resource plans, and contracts are effectively managed.
