Job summary

Experis UK is seeking a Finance & Resourcing Analyst to join our IT PMO and support delivery of technology and transformation programmes. The role combines project finance, resource management, reporting, and contractor administration, partnering with Project Managers, Finance, Procurement, suppliers and stakeholders to manage budgets, forecasts, resource plans and contracts.

You will maintain budgets and forecasts, analyse variances, and produce dashboards in Power BI and Excel.

Qualifications

• Experience in PMO finance, project finance, portfolio reporting, or financial administration.
• Strong Excel skills with experience using Power BI, Power Query and Power Automate.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial reconciliations, and month-end processes.
• Experience supporting resource management and contractor administration.
• West Midlands or London area preferred.
• Excellent analytical, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to identify issues, challenge data quality, and drive actions through to completion.
• Experience within IT, change, or digital transformation environments.
• Knowledge of project accounting, accruals, and supplier management.
• Experience using SharePoint, Jira, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
