IT PMO Analyst Job Description

Role: IT PMO Analyst

Location: London, UK (mainly remote with 4-5 client site visits per month)

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

Type: Permanent

Overview: Our Microsoft Partner client is seeking an IT PMO Analyst to support their expanding practice. The role involves providing administrative and operational support to the Project Management Office (PMO) for successful Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation projects.

Key Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years experience with Azure DevOps
• Previous PMO experience in an IT/ERP project environment
• Proficient management skills and ability to work under pressure
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities
• Strong attention to detail

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans and schedules using Microsoft Project (MPP)
• Prepare weekly status reports
• Lead technical development stand-ups
• Assist in resource allocation and management for developers
• Monitor developer availability and project resource demands
• Manage environment release processes, including creating release notes and schedules
• Support bug resolution processes and report bug statuses
• Maintain RAID logs on client DevOps
• Update documentation on the client SharePoint site
• Manage approval processes for key project artifacts, such as Functional and Integration Design Documents
• Coordinate feedback and ensure timely approval of design documents
• Facilitate communication between functional, technical teams, and clients
• Escalate project issues and risks to Programme/Project Managers
