Job summary

Jackson Hogg Ltd is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead the development of a new manufacturing operation. You will own both IT and OT, guiding the site transition from build to full production.

Reporting into senior leadership, you will shape and implement the technology strategy to support production, operations and corporate functions. In this role, you will drive cybersecurity, disaster recovery and business continuity, manage suppliers and external partners, and explore Industry 4.0

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading IT teams in manufacturing or process-driven environments.
• Strong grasp of IT infrastructure, networks, cloud, and cybersecurity.
• Experience implementing ERP, MES, or similar enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of IT and OT strategy for a new manufacturing operation.
• Build and support infrastructure, networks, cloud services, and critical systems.
• Oversee ERP, MES, CRM, and other operational platforms integration and optimization.
• Drive cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and business continuity initiatives.
• Support commissioning activities and ensure technology readiness for scale-up.
• Manage technology suppliers, procurement, and external partners.
