Job summary

develop is leading a major OT Cyber Security transformation within a global FMCG manufacturing environment. You will work across manufacturing sites, engineering and cyber teams to translate operational challenges into clear business and technical requirements.

This role is not a traditional IT Business Analyst position; it requires understanding manufacturing, supply chain, engineering and OT contexts with initial focus on Asset Management and Application Management, data ownership, data

Qualifications

• Experience as a BA within complex technology programmes.
• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, supply chain or OT environments.
• Strong elicitation, analysis, documentation and traceability.

Responsibilities

• Define business problems, scope and outcomes with stakeholders.
• Elicit, document and baseline requirements across business and OT domains.
• Translate cyber and technical needs into clear requirements.
• Maintain end-to-end traceability from need to benefits.
• Support UAT and governance.
• Analyse current and future-state processes.
• Define processes, ownership and hand-offs across functions.
• Identify gaps and opportunities for standardisation.
